Emily Flint, LCPC

Hi, my name is Emily. I received my bachelor degree from Boise State University and graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling Education at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. My mission is simple yet deeply transformative—to help my clients become AUTHENTICALLY LED. Research tells us that humans struggle and experience distress when they are in conflict with their true self. My work with you will give you the skills to live from a place of clarity, purpose and self-leadership. I believe true healing happens when we stop living from fear, pain, or past conditioning, and instead reconnect with our true essence of who we always were and who we were always met to be. Drawing from my specialties in trauma recovery, addiction healing, family systems, and personality disorders, I will guide you in uncovering the beliefs and patterns that have kept you in a holding pattern of change. I will teach you how to connect to the best version of YOU and the one who was always meant to evolve and grow.
